All purchases made on www.donpepeshop.com can
be returned within 14 days of receipt
of the order. The right of withdrawal can be exercised with
reference to certain products and services indicated in art. 55,
Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Return conditions

Items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed,
washed or treated in any way. The items must necessarily
returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the
Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.
All other labels on the item, both fabric and
pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case
removed from the item. The product must be returned
within 48 hours of receiving the return authorization
received by email from our Customer Service (the date will be valid
indicated on the postmark or transport document of the
courier). The return will be processed within 3-4 working days
after the date of receipt of the returned goods to us
warehouse. In case of failure to comply with one of the conditions of
above, We reserve the right not to accept the returned goods and
to send it back to the Customer at the latter's expense. We will check the
product quality and we will issue the refund only if it meets the
return policy conditions.
Shipping costs, in case of returns and refunds, are the responsibility of the Customer.

How do I request a return?

Send your return request via email
to info@donpepeshop.com specifying the order number
and indicating the product code (with size and color) you want
return. You will receive a Return Authorization email with the
relevant instructions from our customer service.

For returns outside the EU

You will need to mark all returns
as “Returned Goods – Failed Sale”. This must be
clearly indicated on the customs information document that you will be
required to present (CN22 and/or CN23) and on the outside of the package.
Failure to affix the above wording could lead to
to the impossibility of receiving the return and its return to the
sender or to pay customs duties on your behalf, which
will be deducted from the returned funds. During shipping, no
attach to the return the invoice sent with the original order, but
declares the value of each returned item.

Refunds

Once you have received the items for which
a return request has been made, we will verify that the product is
in accordance with the above specifications. We will then proceed to pay within
15 days after delivery of the same the amount paid for the purchase,
by making the refund using the same payment method chosen
by the buyer at the time of purchase.

Changes

The customer who wishes to make a change in size, color or
article, of equal or greater amount must submit the procedure
return and place a new order on the website www.donpepeshop.com.
Shipping costs, in case of exchange, are free.
